Pallet Racking System

Selective Pallet Racking

Selective pallet racking is the most common type of pallet racking systems and the cheapest per square meter. Its main advantage is that it offers flexibility in selecting any pallet without having to remove other pallets. It also gives you the flexibility of using any truck or forklift to reach pallets.

Pallet Racking Systems

Drive-In Racking

Drive-in racking is one of the most efficient racking systems in terms of warehouse space usage. With drive-in racking, pallets are stacked by sliding them on a rail so they can be stored deep inside the rack. No aisles are needed with this type of racking system, hence the efficient warehouse space usage. It uses a Last In First Out (LIFO) method of stock control, which means that the last pallets that were stored have to go out first before the previously stored pallets

VNA Pallet Racking

Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) pallet racking is considered to be an especially space saving racking system. In VNA systems, racks are placed close to each other creating very narrow aisles that can be easily accessed with side loading forklifts. VNA systems provide a significant increase in storage space when compared with other racking systems

Roller Flow Racking

Roller Flow Racking

Characterized by high storage density, roller flow racking systems use gravity to move pallets around reducing labor costs and limiting forklift use. They are naturally eco-friendly as they don’t use energy to move pallets, but rather gravity.

Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is a system that is specifically designed to store long heavy items like pipes, rods or sheets. It has a very simple, yet very strong design. It can be adapted to suit various weights and lengths and enables material handling by various types of lift trucks or cranes.
