National Plastic Co. acquired a 1,500 m² warehouse located in the industrial zone of 6^th of October. As they went through tons and tons of plastic raw materials and products every day, they quickly filled their floor with all sorts of stock. The factory had a limited area to store their stock and they immediately realized the inefficient use of space and lack of organization resulting from floor stacking. National Plastic Co. needed to use their storage area to the last bit and that’s where Al-Safwa came to help.National Plastic Co. had a very limited area for their storage needs. They had a great amount of stock on the floor that needed to be moved. They were also on a very tight schedule as they needed to finish the installation quickly and start stocking neatly. Al-Safwa made sure to deliver something that was tailor made for the company and its needs. The team of engineers at Al-Safwa designed a racking system of great structure that will accommodate a lot of stock and can carry heavy loads.

The raw materials and the finished products at National Plastic Co. had separate weights. Al-Safwa installed Heavy Duty Selective Pallet Racking with an outstanding height of twelve meters and a load capacity of one to one and a half tons for the raw materials, and 400 kilograms for the finished products. Selective pallet racking systems provided sufficient capacity for the factory’s needs and minimized costs. The beam level of selective pallet racking is adjustable and height can be changed according to load and pallet sizes.

We also genuinely enjoyed working on this project with National Plastic Co. It was one of the best teams we got to work with.
